A session is confirmed only after the required booking deposit shown at checkout has been received, unless PK Studios has approved a different arrangement in writing.

The booking deposit is non-refundable. It secures your selected date and time exclusively for you. Once reserved, PK Studios allocates studio time, personnel, equipment, setup and preparation around that appointment and may turn away other bookings for the same slot.

Unless PK Studios communicates otherwise, any outstanding balance is due on or before the day of the shoot and should be settled before the session begins. Final photographs, prints or other deliverables may be withheld until the booking has been fully paid.

A confirmed session may be rescheduled once when PK Studios receives at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. The replacement date remains subject to availability.

A request made less than 24 hours before the session is treated as a late change. The original deposit is forfeited and a new booking deposit is required to reserve another date.

Weddings, corporate events, location shoots and productions involving vendors or special setup may have additional change conditions communicated before confirmation.

You may cancel a booking, but the booking deposit remains non-refundable. Where more than the required deposit has been paid, treatment of the remaining balance depends on the notice provided and any non-recoverable costs already committed to the session.

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a no-show. The reserved session is forfeited and a new booking, including a new deposit, is required.

Third-party expenses already committed for décor, transport, locations, printing, makeup artists or other specially arranged services may also be non-refundable.

Please arrive on time and ready to begin. PK Studios allows a 15-minute grace period, but lateness does not extend the scheduled session end time where another client or production follows.

Where possible, the photographer will work within the remaining time. Significant lateness may mean fewer photographs, fewer outfit changes or a shortened session. If there is no longer enough time to complete the session reasonably, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

Any footwear used on backdrops, seamless paper, platforms, furniture or other shooting areas must be clean, dry and free from dust or mud. Where possible, carry photography shoes separately instead of wearing them outdoors before the session.

PK Studios may ask for footwear to be cleaned, covered or removed before it is used on set. Equipment, stands, lights, furniture and backdrops should not be moved or adjusted without staff permission.

Damage caused deliberately or through negligence by a client, child or accompanying guest may be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

The number of outfit changes included in a package must fit within the booked session time. Extra changes do not automatically extend the appointment.

Unless styling or makeup has been booked as part of the session, arrive camera-ready with outfits organised. Time spent changing, steaming clothes, applying makeup or deciding what to wear after the scheduled start is part of the booked session.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children in the studio. Children must not handle cameras, lights, stands, electrical cables, backdrops or other studio equipment.

Keep accompanying guests to a reasonable number unless the booking is specifically for a group or family session. PK Studios may pause or stop a session where continued shooting creates a safety risk to a child, guest, staff member or studio equipment.

Client-supplied cakes, outfits and personal props should arrive ready for use. Décor, themed setups and props are included only where stated in the selected package or separately agreed.

Glitter, loose confetti, powder, paint, smoke effects, open flames, liquids or other materials that may damage equipment or sets require prior approval. PK Studios may refuse any item or effect considered unsafe or likely to damage the studio.

Your package includes only the stated number and type of edited photographs, prints, mounts or other deliverables. Additional edited photographs may be purchased separately where available.

Unedited and RAW files are not included unless specifically stated or agreed in writing. PK Studios retains creative discretion over standard colour correction, retouching, cropping and finishing consistent with its style.

Where you are required to select photographs for editing, the editing turnaround begins after final selections have been submitted.

Digital photographs are delivered using the method communicated for the selected package, including Google Drive where applicable. Clients should download and securely store delivered files.

Printed and mounted photographs are produced in the size and quantity stated in the package. Once a print has been produced from a client-approved selection, it cannot normally be exchanged because a different photograph is later preferred.

PK Studios takes reasonable care of completed files but should not be treated as a permanent cloud archive.

For location work, clients should disclose access restrictions, permits, entrance fees or special conditions unless PK Studios has explicitly agreed to arrange them. Additional travel, parking, accommodation or permit charges may apply.

If weather or another condition makes an outdoor session unsafe or impractical, PK Studios may agree a replacement date without treating the situation as an ordinary client cancellation.

If PK Studios cannot complete a confirmed session because of equipment failure, a studio issue, staff emergency or another issue within its control, an appropriate replacement session will be offered.

A reshoot is not ordinarily provided because of a later change of mind about outfits, hairstyle, makeup, poses or other choices made or approved during the original session.

Clients who require their photographs to remain private should communicate this before the session. Any portfolio, website, social or promotional use should follow the applicable consent arrangement for that booking.

PK Studios may stop a session where a client or guest is abusive, threatening, intentionally damages property or creates an unsafe environment. Payments already committed to the interrupted session may be forfeited.
